Job Requirements

Background in fine arts or related design, more than 5 years of experience in Internet product design. Bachelor degree or above is preferred.
Engage in product visual research, analyze design trends, and plan user experience.
Lead the overall visual style and UI design.
Be sensitive to business and user pain points, and be able to quickly understand and think when matching needs.
Independently execute design implementation plans and verify through feedback.
Have a strong focus on details, good product thinking, and empathy for users.
Able to participate in user research, interaction design, and prototype development.
Strong adaptability, able to withstand pressure, quickly integrate into the team, and be able to effectively organize, communicate, collaborate, produce and promote specific or business-related needs. Portfolio is required

Job Responsibilities

Able to independently define the UI style of various products, participate in the interface design of large projects, be proficient in developing design systems, and be able to lead the entire process from concept to design implementation of specific business modules.
Engage in product visual research, analyze design trends, and plan user experience.
Lead the establishment of overall visual style and UI design. Responsible for visual operations such as promotional banners and activity page interfaces.
Analyze design trends in depth, understand user motivations and needs through competitive product analysis, user interviews, usability testing, etc.
Generate design plans efficiently, ensure effective implementation, and review in a timely manner.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, and familiar with prototyping tools such as Principle, Proto Pie, and Framer.
